Dr. Greg Howes is the founding President and CEO of Treaty Consulting Group, LLC, which focuses on technology commercialization and performance management. For over 30-years, he has been assisting startups and small businesses commercialize their technology and solidify their culture.

Dr. Howes’ internationally acclaimed book, “Business Optimization: Six Steps to a Sustained Performance Culture,” has literally helped thousands of individuals and hundreds of organizations commercialize their products and create a sustained performance culture.

He is passionate in helping Youth Thrive and volunteers as the Board Treasurer for Brevard Family Partnership, where he is focused on helping foster youth create their own jobs. Dr. Howes is an adjunct professor at the Florida Institute of Technology and Webster University where he instructs Strategy, Technology Commercialization, Entrepreneurship, Operations, Logistics, Program & Project Management, Risk Management, and Project Engineering.

Dr. Howes holds a Bachelor’s with a Computer Science concentration, a MBA in Technology Management, and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership; and he is a certified Program & Project Management Professional (PMP & PMP).
