Cameron Ford, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Organization Management, and the founder of most of UCF’s academic entrepreneurship initiatives. He is the Founding Director of UCF’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership that includes Blackstone LaunchPad coaching services, academic degree programs, Starter Lab maker space, and UCF UpStarts Student Venture Accelerator. He is also the Academic Director of UCF’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, an effort to improve the quality and accessibility of UCF’s entrepreneurship support and innovation commercialization services. Dr. Ford earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University. His research has appeared in more than 60 academic papers including premier journals such as the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management, and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
