Leslie Molony is an experienced biopharmaceutical industry executive with a history of successful alliance formation and corporate leadership. Dr. Molony began her career as a drug discovery Researcher in the pharmaceutical industry then gained business and financial experience as a Business Development practitioner. In the BD capacity, she has worked for global firms: EBD Group, Recombinant Capital and ProPharma Partners, as well as on staff for Sunesis Pharmaceuticals and Nanotherapeutics. Dr. Molony has successfully developed and negotiated alliances and partnerships for both public and private companies. Since 2005, Dr. Molony has led private, early stage, Biopharma companies, beginning as Interim Chief Executive of St. Charles Pharmaceuticals, and most recently, co-founder, President & CEO of Transgeneron Therapeutics.
