Dan Justin is CEO and President of Nanovation Partners, LLC which develops and licenses nano technologies that enhance medical implants. He also serves as technical advisor and board member for various startup companies. Justin was the Entrepreneur in Residence at the Florida Institute for the Commercialization of Public Research and the CTO at IMDS (acquired by CoorsTek Medical), where he drove the formation and expansion of the Co-InnovationTM team, developing and launching 150 new medical device products worldwide over 12 years. He has co-founded a company that was eventually acquired by J&J, where he was an Engineering Manager and is a registered U.S. Patent Agent and inventor on over 120 granted U.S. patents in the areas of additive manufacturing, advanced materials, orthopedics, arthroscopy, spine, neurology, surgical instrumentation, and other medical procedures. Justin holds a B.S.E. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
